2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted based on the following conditions:
If We Have NOT Processed Your Application:
- You are eligible for a full refund upon request.
If We Have Processed Your Application:
- Refunds will NOT be granted once the service has been completed and the application has been submitted.
- This is because our service is considered fully rendered once the Visitax payment has been made on your behalf.
If You Have Not Received the Service Due to Reasons Within Our Control:
- If you do not receive your confirmation email or QR code due to an issue on our end, we will:
- Reprocess the service at no additional cost, OR
- Issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
3. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- Your Visitax has been successfully processed and delivered to you via email.
- You provided incorrect or incomplete information, resulting in processing delays or issues.
- You changed your mind or no longer need the Visitax after purchase.
- You were denied entry into Mexico for reasons unrelated to Visitax.
